CONSULTATION & BUDGET
We will walk you through the steps unique to your construction project so that together we can determine if the budget, time frame, and scope are a perfect match to get you where you need to be.
- To determine your design needs, ideas, budget, and project timeline, we will meet for an initial consultation.
- We will discuss the plans and processes needed to meet deadlines and expectations.
- We will review your budget and feasibility to ensure the best outcome based on available options.
- Our estimating software utilizes both historical and market cost information relative to the location of the project
- We will discuss the timeline of when the project will commence and end in detail to save money and time.
- Throughout the project, you will always have direct access to our team, as we will be onsite frequently to ensure everything is in line with your expectations.
PLANNING & PREPARATION
Forward-thinking is what has brought us to where we are today. We bid on projects based on plans or scope of services and expeditiously turn around a reasonable estimate provided to make the best-informed decision. We encourage you to have us involved from the very beginning to keep things moving swiftly and with no room for error.
- During the planning phase, we will meet with the architect and any necessary consultants for your construction project.
- We track actual costs relative to those included in the budget to stay on par financially. Should changes occur, we will determine solutions to stay within budget.
- We initially provide you with an estimate and, as we work with our subcontractors and vendors, we will update pricing per your selections and requests made post consultation.
- You will receive a proposal with detailed information that includes the scope of services, costs tied to materials and labor, and room for allowances that pertain to selections, upgrades, and modifications should they arise. We are financially transparent with our clients.
- Throughout the project, you will work directly with your project manager to ensure we meet your desired outcomes.
CONSTRUCTION & COMPLETION
Your ideas and visions are now coming to life. During construction, we communicate daily through our client-portal system called Procore. The portal is user-friendly software with a fantastic client interface. During this phase, we will accomplish the following steps.
- The construction contract is signed with a scheduled completion date, and building permits are issued.
- The design and finish selections are complete at this time.
- Our project managers’ workload is manageable as it allows them to perform daily job site visits.
- Any additional work outside the contract can be discussed verbally or through emails, and for your convenience, we have a change order process that captures any changes to the work scope and schedule.
